  A fantastic way to learn boxing skills in a nonintimidating and fun atmosphere. The instructors are very skilled and friendly and there is time in each class for individualized instruction and group activities. You advance at your own pace and newcomers are welcomed and treated very well and receive extra one-on-one time with the instructors. Also - It is a GREAT workout. So whether you are looking to hit the bags or lose a few pounds before you hit the beach, this is the program for you! You won’t regret it! Hope to see you there!
