::This place was terrible for the rate they charge a night. They don't properly clean. I tried staying two different times and each time I had dirty nasty rooms. Went through 4 rooms the first time and 5 the second. The mangers where really no help. James the gm so I was told decided that instead of fixing the issues I brought to his attention he was just going to refund me make me leave all after telling me I was nip picking the rooms. One I have a one year old who can get under the dirty beds if he wanted to and will put anything in his mouth. Its not my fault hes not doing his job to make sure the rooms are up to standard and clean. Two was missing the smoke detectors. One room had blood on the bedding. Mold in bathrooms and they expect people not to complain when paying 70 plus a night. Beds were broke and trash on floors like they didn't even try to clean the rooms. I'm beyond disgusted with this hotel and the managements response to there own negligence.

::Treated the best! Lost Power, stayed there 3 days. My wife, daughter and My Labrador retriever Starr. A-1 Service. Very Professional and Knowledgeable, Had one of their employees help me with my luggage as I was walking my dog to the room on 3rd floor. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

::My fiance and I were in town for our anniversary, and we always try to stay with Baymont, as we have always loved our previous stays with other locations. We arrived at 3pm to check in, as we had plans for the afternoon. Understandably, it took a while, as they were busy. We got into our room between 3:20 and 3:30, to which we immediately noticed the broken window, and lock on the door. My fiance, then realized a light was not working as well. I picked up the phone to call the desk for a new room, because the broken window was enough for me to not feel comfortable in that one. The phone was disconnected and didn't work. So I walked down to the desk myself. I spoke to the manager, Melissa and asked for a new room. My exact wording was "Is it possible to get a new room? Our window is broken, and so is the lock." I was not rude, just matter of fact. She turned to her associate, Lisa and asked her to have another room cleaned, but was very rude about it. Her words to Lisa were "Can you have them clean this room for her, there are some MINOR issues she's to good for" This was also in a very snarky tone of voice. I immediately got irritated, as I had not been rude, and she chose to be. I looked at Lisa and said "These are not MINOR issues. Our window, AND door lock are broken!" Lisa graciously came up to the room with me to take a look, and profusely apologized for Melissa's behavior. Apparently they had been very busy, and completely booked for 3 days because of power outages. I told Lisa that I understand, and empathize with them, but that Melissa's behavior was uncalled for. Lisa saw the broken window and agreed that it was not minor, and also explained that they break the metal door jams all the time when guests overextend their welcome. She said that unfortunately they were fully booked, and that if I called them in an hour, she might have another room for me. I told her I appreciated her for trying, and for being so patient, but that after Melissa's attitude, I did not want to stay. She told me that she completely understood, and that if my 3rd party booking service called them, she would give me a free cancelation due to the service. Lisa was absolutely amazing. But there is NO reason Melissa should be manager. She doesn't belong in the hospitality business.

::For $100 a night I should not have black mold in shower. Towels should not be on handicapped rail. Need another hand rail in shower. I was expecting an accessible shower not a shower with huge tub sides. Room 107 has the heaviest door I've ever had on a hotel room. Towels for 2 guests would of been nice. Bed was a bit hard but comfortable. Room overall was clean but out dated. Next to very busy road, heard lots of traffic yet our room was at back of hotel. Not quite for sleeping.

::Lobby was nice. Took a long time to check in. Way longer than it should have. Rooms need to be up dated. Room smelled like pot I think it could be nice if they spent some money and up dated it
