::Had my first colonoscopy & endoscopy. Dr shiek (gastroenterologist) and this staff here we're superb! I'll update when I get names that are really awesome! I have horrible anxiety and PTSD. The only time that I've been put under with anesthesia or whatever was when I had wisdom teeth extraction and I woke up during the procedure they anesthesiologist reassured me that I would not and helped ease my nerves. From stepping in the door getting checked in to go in in the back getting my iv put in to talk into the all the RNs anesthesiologist and the gastroenterologist all went very smoothly and everyone was very kind and encouraging and comforting I was a bag of nerves but they definitely help ease them. I've had some pretty horrible hospital visits with IVs and medication But this experience was extremely smooth being put to sleep and even after. Next time if I have to undergo and procedure with anesthesia and getting fit to sleep I won't even be nervous or scared. Thank y'all so much for this experience! I've been in customer service for quite a long time and everybody was top notch here!

::I went in for a cervical cerclage on 10/21/22 and am very satisfied with the care and service I received at this facility. Everyone from the check-in staff, to the RN’s, to my anesthesiologist, to the OR staff were very nice and welcoming. Every single person introduced themselves, explained exactly what they were there to do and asked if I had any questions or concerns along the way. I truly felt like I was in good hands the whole time I was there and would highly recommend this facility and staff! Baylor Surgicare on Worth St., thank you so much for the support and attention to detail you provide. I truly appreciate everyone that helped me during my surgery that day, and I’m very thankful to have been in such great care! God bless!
