I go there to order parts to service my own car. The prices are reasonable and are sometimes better than purchasing it online.

I have quite a lot to say, but I'll narrow it down to the biggest offenses: 1. Salesman who I spoke with on the phone could not confirm if a used car I was interested in was on site or sold. Didn't offer to walk to the back lot (literally 30 seconds, I did it when I was there later that weekend) or to call me back with an answer. 2. Visited on Sunday, as they told me that would be less busy. Was greeted by a salesman manning the phone - told me if I didn't have an appointment that I wouldn't be able to get help. He told me that if he left his post, he would get fired. How is manning the phone more important than helping an in-person customer? How about a cordless phone? (FYI the phone rang once in my 20 minute wait). 3. Pigeon in the showroom. Staring me down. Salesman referred to it as the "house pet," so I presume he's been there awhile. How come? 4. Salesman manning the phone evidently was tired of me waiting around, so he called his manager to see if he could walk us to the back lot to "get rid of us." That's verbatim, folks. "Get rid of a customer." Sadly, this isn't so much about a bad salesman as it is about a lack of training. I've been in the car industry for nearly 30 years - visited hundreds of dealerships and worked at many in varying capacities - and I'll say this one takes the cake in terms of bad training. I felt I had to be defensive as a customer, which is no way to make a sale or give referrals.

Made an appointment over the phone to see a car with Mike C. The day of the appointment, we received a call and an email to confirm that we would be still coming. We confirmed. Yes we would be there. So we then made the two hour drive from Suffolk county long island to Brooklyn in rush hour traffic. Only to get there and have no one know who we were or that we had an appointment. Mike C. was nowhere to be found, and the car we had driven all that way to see was up on the lift with all 4 tires removed... with the mechanics nowhere to be found as well. Was told to reschedule our appointment for another time. No thank you. Very unprofessional way to treat a potential customer.

The service here is courteous and unparalleled. I was warned several times by different people that buying a new car from a dealership would be incredibly difficult, but the guys here made it a breeze and never made me feel like I was being pressured or pushed into buying things I didn't want or need. They did everything they could to make my first new car everything I wanted. Granted, I did a lot of research into prices and the car options, but I walked in expecting having to haggle and compromise. I didn't have to do any of that. Cornelius made it super easy to explain what I wanted and what I didn't and he offered solid advice without prejudice. I managed to walk in and get a car ordered in one day and picked up in a week. The guys from the finance and delivery team made picking up the car and adding last minute options so simple and they made sure I knew my car's ins and outs. Without this team, I know my car buying experience could have been much different, but thanks to them I'm a proud owner of a brand new 2018 Subaru and haven't had a single regret about it. The follow up contact is A-plus as well, they really make you feel like family and not just another customer. If you're thinking about buying a Subaru, this is the place to do it.

Staff are super friendly and it's a great place to get your next car. We haven't had to use the service dept yet but i will review again after our first oil change or visit. As far as buying a car goes thugh they listened to us, took time to help us, walked us through everything we needed to know and made us feel taken care of since first call. Joseph Teti is really great and helped my husband and I get a great deal and the car we needed and wanted.
