  I needed to have a root canal done so I googled Endodontists and came across Bay Ridge Endodontics. I contacted the office and was pleasantly greeted. Upon verification of them taking my insurance, I asked if I could be seen today. It was 10:00 AM and to my surprise I was provided with an 11:30 AM appointment. To make a long story short, turned out I needed an extraction and not a root canal. Dr. Audrey Hsin, her assistant and her receptionist were EXCELLENT!!! They were very polite, friendly and professional. Anyone needing an endodontic procedure done, I STRONGLY suggest you choose Bay Ridge Endodontics. You will not be disappointed! Thank you again ladies for you service. I really, really, really appreciated it.

  Highly recommend, Dr. Audrey Hsin has a wonderful warm manner to her patient, making you feel comfortable and wishing she was your regular dentist., the office is very clean, and everyone was very nice would def go there for any procedures needed.

  My dentist recommended Dr. Audrey Hsin for my root canal which I had been holding off on for many many years. Dr. Hsin was very nice and made sure to address any questions or concerns I had before, during and after the procedure. I was in and out of the office within 30mins and the procedure was quick and easy. Prior to the procedure I was alittle worried that it would painful and long (or so I've heard) but that was not the case. I would definitely recommend using Dr. Hsin!

  I was referred to Dr. Hsin by my regular dentist for a root canal retreatment. I wasn't quite sure what to expect given that I've never even heard of an endodontist (prior to needing one). Dr. Hsin made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire procedure as well as the follow up. She made sure to check on me the next day - which I truly appreciated. If I ever need any root canal work I will only come to her - one of the very rare and amazing doctors that I've come across.
