  Horrible office staff and dr was so unhelpful with the fact that I called ahead of time for the best time to come in as I couldn't sit in the office for over an hour waiting...well that was a waste of time as they had me come in at 11:45am, at 12:45pm I was still waiting in the waiting room. When I inquire to office staff there are no apologies, no attempt to speed the process up. When we talk to the dr he says it will be 5 to 20 mins more after waiting an hour already. And no attempt at an apology. Worst waiting room experience ever!!! Worst part, my injured child wasn't even seen. She's in so much pain and no one at the office even cares slightly.

  If I could give less than 1 star I would! I was cleared to play sports with a brace Feb 17th. After coming here I was fitted and told the brace would be in after a week. A week goes by no call, so I call them. They don't have the brace because they need insurance pre approval. Instead of them calling my insurance company to get it approved I spent 40+ minutes every day doing their job and calling to get approved for a week to a week and a half. Finally I got approval and was told my brace would be in in a week. Now we are here 2 weeks later still no call. I call them and they tell me they have the brace but can't release it to me until their contract issues are resolved and they can not backdate the brace. Absolutely ridiculous.
