  I was surprised to find a dental office that accepted my insurance, was walking distance from my residence in St. George, Staten Island, *and* had an amazing and friendly staff. Dr. Kaplan, Dr. Cisternas, Nidah and the rest of the team provide a welcoming and stress-free environment all while treating your teeth right! I'd highly recommend frequenting Bay Dental as your dentist practice of choice!

  Could not ask for a better dentist, Dr. Kaplan is awesome!! My bridge came out just as the office closed, they said no problem come right in. They could do enough to help me, got my dental issues taken care of even with the holiday weekend was able to get me a replacement in less then a week. The whole staff goes above and beyond to explain and help with every aspect of your visits and procedures. So happy I found this office and dentist!

  The office is very clean and welcoming. The dentist is friendly and provides awesome bedside manor. I’d recommend this office to all!

  While I am not generally a fan of going to the dentist this was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Calls are answered politely and efficiently, you are greeted with a smile when you walk in the door, and you are seen in a timely manner. Dr. Kaplan was friendly and explained what he was doing. He also explained the work I needed done and why, as well as detailing what should be done immediately and what could wait a few months. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan and the staff at Bay Dental.

  I've recently started using Bay Dental after a 10 year hiatus from dental care. To say I was terrified to step foot in the office is an understatement. Luckily my fears were quickly dispelled! From the front desk staff, hygienists and dentist, every person I have interacted with has been a pleasure. All of work done has been as gentle as possible with ample direction to let the staff know if I need to take a break. This is all in addition to the gorgeous interior and views from the exam rooms. I am extremely happy that I have started using Bay Dental at the Pointe!
