  We had carpet installed in our basement by bay carpeting, Karl was honest and answered any and all concerns we had. When they came to install the guys were super neat and made sure we were happy with the layout. I would recommend Karl and bay carpeting to anyone who has a budget and wants a great carpet that will last.

  I have had two carpet installation projects with Bay Carpet and Flooring over the past few months and have been pleased with the results both times. Mark Steiner was the sales professional from Bay Carpet that visited us both times and he is excellent. He explained the pros and cons of each type of fabric and the brands he recommended. Pricing seemed to be competitive versus other vendors. I would definitely use Bay Carpet again and will ask for Mark the next time I need to replace my carpet flooring.

  Very friendly and professional and fair. We re-carpeted our whole 52 foot motoryacht which is a tough project. Not everyone can do it, but Bay Carpet did a fantastic job- a lot of care and pride in their install. We highly recommend them

  I’ve been using the internet since its inception, but this is the first time I’ve felt strongly enough about a company to write a review. My husband and I recently decided to replace all the flooring in our home and called Bay Carpet to discuss the project. Chris, the Project Manager, worked diligently with us, assisting us in locating the exact material style, color and practicality that we can expect to have and love for many years to come. The demo and installation was headed by Gustavo, who is truly an exemplary and talented professional in his field. He and his team followed our specifications to a “t” and even went beyond our expectations. I tend to be very critical of workers who do not have a good work ethic, but could not, did not, find anything less than wonderful in the attitudes of everyone with whom I dealt at Bay Carpet. FYI, neither my husband nor I had met anyone at Bay Carpet until last week.
