  Lack of integrity from the driver and his manager Anthony- never followed up on the matter despite initial contact. Similar feedback to others- overcharging and have no problem leaving in the unknown, incorrect destination in the middle of the night.

  Was TERRIBLY OVERCHARGED for a fare on Saturday. NO TRAFFIC and straight shot all the way home. Will NEVER use them, again.

  On January 18th this company’s cab took me from Union Station to the Mayflower Hotel at Connecticut and 17th Street. First thing the driver, Yirga Gebremedhin said was that’s far away. I said no it’s not, and then he said he was kidding. Maybe a test of how well I knew the city? This drive is a little over 2 miles, drive time was 14 minutes. Wanted to give a tip, was told cab fare was $12, so I said I would give him a $2 tip. Paid by credit card, but when I was given signature pad ther was no total. When receipt came to email address total was $20.45. World Taxi Fare calculates less than $10 which includes a 15% tip. Lyft total is similar between $8-10. Mind you the actual time of day was used for both of these comparisons. The driver, Yirga was very pleasant and drove nicely. I’m not sure if he is responsible for the overcharge or the actual company, but I will be contesting the charge with credit card company. In hindsight I should taken Lyft since their total fees are disclosed. My husband lived in Manahattan for years, and he has never had this experience. Welcome to DC! PS: Tried calling the company number that same day, but no one answered and voicemail was full.

  The final destination is the FDA building, we have a meeting there and he knows very well too. The driver just drove past the building (as you can see from the attached image, it is actually way past the building, all the way down south into a suburb area, all houses and looks nothing like a FDA building). When I try to pay, he keep saying the machine is not working when he didn't even try to swipe the credit card. Horrible service. A trip that cost not more than $14 end up being $29, and he even dare to ask for tips?
