  Stay away from them, they charged us in front, more than the insurance claim!!! front desk bad service!!! My daughter is with Bakd for 4 years, the experience was ok before and we were paying out of pocket without using insurance. last year, we started using dental insurance and it was fine until last visit. they were asking us to pay out of pocket and then they sent claims to our dental insurance, so dental insurance will refund us. They charged us $550, but the dental insurance claim only shows $400, so we paid $150 more. I called them and the front desk said that the billing department is working remotely, and I need to wait for the billing department to call me back. I told her that I don't like this process, they may loose us if the problem continues, apparently she does not care. she did not let me finish and hang out the phone rudely. I guess I have to walk away from them.

  Everyone in the clinic is very friendly, the waiting room is clean and has activities to entertain waiting kids, and the receptionist explained how insurance covers my kid's procedures clearly. The dentist was also great at explaining what she was doing as she worked. I appreciate the TVs in the ceiling to distract the kids. One thing is that all the kids get seen in a common room in the back, which I didn't mind until the girl across from us started crying and saying she didn't want to be at the dentist. I don't think my kid had any idea that the dentist was scary before that.

  My daughter loved going to the Sunnyvale office for her check up. Thanks to the assistant that calm her down and explained everything. Dr Mullen, Dr Mobasher and Dr Saeed had seen her and they always explain everything to me very clear when she has needed fillings.

  I have been seeing two doctors here for both of my kids for four years, always very welcoming and professional. Had tried to switch to other pediatric dentist because of the appointment availability, but switched back because we definitely like here more. Great experience!

  Debbie was an all-star today. My 7 year old did not want to get x-rays done AT ALL and Debbie helped her through it in a great way. Kiddo started the appointment scared and wanting to run away and was laughing and smiling by the end. My kids have been going here for years and always have a good check up. Thanks!
