::VERY RUDE office staff. I called to get my glasses prescription to take with me on vacation and was told I needed to call back and speak to the doctor! When I asked if they could take a message and pass my request to someone they were very rude to me. Unbelievable. I will take my business elsewhere next time. No one deserves to be talked to like that in a business setting.

::I have 'tried' to give this outfit my business, twice. First time, the owner (one presumes) wouldn't adjust my glasses, since I hadn't bought them from him. A second time, a clerk, after a several second delay, 'finally' materialized from the back of the store, stood at the back, and called across the room to ask if I needed help (I'm there, what EVER other reason would I darken his door?) Never again.

::Bought my last pair around 1994. Bought again June, '15. Same owners. They are chatty and the employees are thorough. My last (new) pair was incorrectly spec'ed. When I came in for the new pair, the empl. made sure it fit correctly and indicated that it didn't (while the prescription was correct). So while there is a delay, they changed everything but the pres. at their own expense, explaining someone will order those frames so no loss to them. However the lenses were also replaced since the frames were the wrong size, and am wondering if this is simply a business expense they write off. Bottom line, no questions asked. If you ever need to go someplace that guarantee the right (eventual) fit, go here. I have been for over 30 years.
