  On this day I came into this Batteries Plus Bulbs location in order to replace some UPS battery backup module batteries. I had three different models of APC battery back-ups. Fortunately they all take a similar model battery. The salesperson was able to verify that the batteries that I already had were no longer functioning at capacity and suggested three options for me to purchase. The service was quick professional and courteous. The store was well-kept and the employees in view appear to be well-groomed and dress appropriately for work. This is my second visit to this location and will not be my last.

  Great customer service and knowledgeable, friendly tech! I came in for a new truck battery and he replaced it and got me back on the road! Highly recommend!

  Worste experience ever. The guy literally watched my battery drop voltage on the tester and said it was good. IT LOST 2 VOLTS IN 2 MINUTES. If I could rate it a ZERO I would.

  Very helpful Tech, great customer service and knowledgeable. Went to my smart phone provider and listened to the sales pitch about getting a new smart phone because seemingly I was eligible for a new one. All I wanted was a new battery installed in my phone. They estimated to change my battery out was going to run between $185 and $200. Battery Plus here I come. $59 and less than 15 minutes. $12 for a new faceplate shield and I was out of there. Thank you Battery Plus
