  Staff was very helpful and possess a high patience level. Was looking for a replacement battery for my laptop. I forgot to write down the exact model #. All he had to search with was a HP G model. Long story short is he found the battery I needed with not much to go on.

  I ordered a replacement battery for our UPS. Ordered on line for pick up in store. Transaction went smoothly. Received a 10% discount for ordering on line with in store pick up. The UPS is back in service and working fine. Customer service in the store was very good. I'll use them again.

  I had an excellent service experience at this store with Jeremy who helped me with 9volt batteries - chargeable vs non-rechargeable. Jeremy knew his inventory and was able to explain the differences, as well as, the positive points about each type. He also helped me select a new clear cover for my cell phone and offered helpful tips on the replacement process. Thank you, Jeremy.
