  I ordered battery online for my wife’s car to have it installed and made a scheduled appointment for 2:00 pm today to replace the battery in my sad IPhone 6. Both transactions went very smoothly. The staff was very good to deal with. They understand customer service. Great job today. This was worth the drive from Germantown.

  I had the batteries replaced in my car and key fob. I was in and out in about 10 min. The employee installed the battery in the rain no less. Very professional employees. My only issue is I would have purchased a higher end battery, but they didn't have it in stock. However, the battery they had available is more than sufficient for my needs. I am super happy, and will definitely go back.

  The person who helped me on the phone and in the store(same person) was very helpful. They did not have the first product I needed but said it would be there the next day and it was. I was able to save a lot of money by not paying shipping fees.

  Just back from the store to change broken glass for my iPhone7. People there are courteous and helpful. But replaced glass has blueish tone compared to the original one and the color in my opinion is way off, a bit dull. It is so obvious to my eyes and it bothers me a lot considering that like anyone else I spend quite some times looking at the screen. I went back to the store but was told it is normal. Here is a picture with two iPhone7 with max brightness. Can you tell which one is mine? Another one was bought around the same time still with original glass. Now I regret not going to Apple store. I might go back for battery at this place if needed but for anything else, a no. Lesson learnt.

  My online purchase of a motorcycle battery was easy and very satisfactory. The person who served me at the store did an outstanding job. He placed the new battery on the counter alongside my old one so I could see it is a physical match; he explained the warranty. The price was much less than what I had paid for a Yuasa battery five years ago.
