  I love the atmosphere in this store! You can park directly in front of the store to quickly get in and out, and all of the girls help you from the moment you walk in. I will drive out of my way to visit this store!

  Love this place. They almost always have some type of sale and their fragrances smell amazing

  I like this location cause I go after my Doctor's appt. just across the way. I like to get the kitchen hand soap ( good stuff). Never had trouble with employees or being able to get in. I like going here cause it isn't crazy like the mall.

  I worked there for a little over a month. The Store Manager, is literally the worst manager I've ever had. She is brand new to the company and very young to be running her own store, in my opinion. She has OCD so she wants us to stop what we are doing and do something like organize things by categories, scents and brand but then she will complain that she is over on labor because she just waisted 2 employees full mornings taking down all candles and arranging them by scents and brands. So there is 10-12 hours you didn't plan because you wanted it to be "perfect". News flash, it's retail on a holiday season. That's not going to work. But when we tried to explain that, her little brain replied "that just doesn't make sense to me it can be done so just do it" so I told the other associate "screw it. We're getting paid, lets just do what she says, milk our time and when it fails she can see it first hand" Her employees have all said the same thing "she is very unprofessional and she needs to learn how to talk to people" I have even had a customer that she was helping say "she didn't have to roll her eyes and scoff at me. That associate is quite the bit**" and I said "that's the manager, ma'am" the customer replied with "she belongs behind closed doors" if you want to work for the company try a different location. I usually leave jobs on good terms but this one I just walked out. When I tried to text her and tell her my reasons she refused to read them and sent me this "I'm just going to be honest, I'm not going to read that. If you need anything you can call the store. My personal cell phone is not a place for whatever that is" (in my 5+ years of management, especially if I'm on salary, the job never ends and you're always on call. Your phone is always a place for business whether you like it or not. Especially if someone is explaining why they quit so you can attempt to resolve the issue immediately or if it's an issue created by the manager read it as constructive criticism and assess the problem, find a solution and better yourself for next time. But the problem is she refuses to read it because she refuses to believe anything is wrong. Because she is so egotistical that in her mind she is "perfect" and she does not wrong. Trust me, you do a lot wrong, lady i have heard it from every single one of your employees. No one there likes her in the least bit and some have said they despise her. Except the assistant manager, she has expressed how much she dislikes her but is very loyal to her because she is such a good person. Even though she gets walked all over. She remains a good person and a good assistant manager. Run far away from this woman (store manager). She is a succubus of company morale. I hope she gets assistance on her issues. Starting pay is $10.00 an hour so maybe a different store with a different store manager this company would be great to work for!! All of the other staff was wonderful and pleasant. But the Store Manager is horrid.
