  I had dimmer switches put in and discovered that Bates contractor made inoperable two wall outlets. In addition , he made one ceiling light inoperable and I did not realize that until later. Bates Receptionist has poor costumer Service. She was very rude when I requested that he return. She wanted to charge me another service call fee. I would not recommend these people.This contractor was recommended by Home Depot.

  I had Josh at my retail store today on 8/28/15. Pretty simple issue, I had a busted light switch. He was in and out quickly. Very friendly and professional. If all the repair guys I have to call in a years time were as friendly, I would be a happy camper.
