  I’m a truck driver making a delivery here in bassham foods. I was told that the lumper fee would be $150 then they came back and said It would be $200 total. I walked back inside to see why the increase and I heard the lady in the shipping and receiving office telling the broker that a whole pallet was on the floor. That was a complete lie I open the doors and saw two bags on the floor. I didn’t think it was a big deal as long as they weren’t open. I told her she could’ve told me and I would’ve picked up the bags. I feel sorry for the Owner operator’s that deliver here and get ripped off. So be aware SUGARBEAR 😎

  Good place to deliver, tight yard though.. They habe a store there you can buy product from also..

  The food isn't badly priced, and they have a variety of additional cooking wares but it's the service is where they are lacking. Do not call ahead and place an order with them because they do not write down, track, or communicate with each other in their own store. Have had it happen twice now and I'm not talking about small orders either. They were both $800 orders and they were like oh I don't know where it's at our what you're talking about, I got lucky they had enough for what I needed....
