  Just got turned away by an Indian woman here saying they're closed. Well they're supposed to close at 10 and my girlfriend and I were here almost 15min. Before closing. Not like the place was empty either there were 3 other people inside.. If I was ordering a pizza that's one thing, but a scoop of ice cream takes 10 sec. And you aren't supposed to close for 15min..

  I usually come to this place often and have no problem. But tonight we went and we received horrible customer service. We got there and the employee just stared at us a didn’t say a word. I guess she was working on inventory. But she could of told us to wait but she didn’t. We even noticed her mad face when we walked in. Her face said it all. We went around 9:20pm and they close at 10pm so it’s not like we showed up really late. She could of helped us!

  bad service on behalf of the guy who was today, bad customer service dispocision, they are supposed to sell and do not have the required charisma they do not have the cones of the photos and they do not give you exchange options
