  I went with my grandchildren, i forgot my cell fone on the out side tables..employers called at my husband fone (i name on my fone amore easy to knowed its some person clouse to me)...and let to know him the their have my cell fone. Also before these happened, i left tip (no all left i don't know why. Any way).. because the employee was so good with Valentina (4 years old)..and with me..I am spanish some times its difficult to understand me Hi recommended these place...in Richmond Route

  Walnut topping always comes cold, it stays in a refrigerator. Also, the ice creams have reduced their amount of dye in order to help the taste. Thank you, I'm sorry that you have experienced something that was below your standards.

  Requested Maple Walnut topping on my ice cream. It was cold and gritty. I was told that's how It always is. I told them I've been getting that topping forever and it is dipped,out of a heated unit. As a matter of fact just 2 weeks ago I was there and got it. A young man proceeds to tell me that its just simple syrup, sugar and water. Ok I'm 54, I,know what simple syrup is and I also know you have to heat it for the sugar to melt. Another worker a young,lady says the recipes have changed including the ice cream dye(really?) Also that the topping is always refrigerated. Young man takes a sample spoon and scoops out the topping, holds it over a cup and it falls off in a glob and says that's what it looks like, someone,probably but too much sugar as there's no real recipe for how much to use. Well, simple syrup certainly has a sugar/water ratio. I told,him I didn't like that topping. He asked what he should do, throw it away? I said yes just give me a scoop of just ice cream. He gave me 2 scoops who hI didn't ask for. I ate my,one scoop and tossed the other. The attitude of the workers will make me find a new ice crram spot. They're not the only game in town

  Well, I wish I could review the ice cream, but we never made it that far. We walked in and there was one customer in line in front of us. The girl at the register finished with her and then walked in to the back. That was the last I saw of her and apparently none of the other four employees behind the counter felt like two customers waiting at the register were important enough to be waited on. All of them made eye contact with the both of us at least once and did nothing. I don't care if there were legitimate other tasks you were doing, at least acknowledge the potential customers in front of you. We waited several minutes for someone to at least speak to us before leaving. Abysmal customer service. I cannot recommend enough people to get your ice cream elsewhere.
