  I needed information in getting transportation for my dad. I tried for two days to speak to a customer service agent in their 844 number, and waited for over 30 minutes, to be transferred just to wait another 30 minutes. Going with another company.

  definitely one of the worst companies I've had to deal with on any level in my lifetime. They are irresponsible, they lie, never are on time and constantly make you late for your appts or you have to miss them altogether.

  Horrible service very rude and they're rude and the drivers are always late . hours and their favorite line is ten minutes.i will never recommend this ambulette service to anyone.

  Ambulette #57 on Jackie Robinson Parkway today in the rain and wind TEXTING and driving with his hazards on, swerving, cutting people off in a merge and driving with all of his windows fogged up. I am disgusted at this company. Not to mention their trucks look like they came from a junkyard. As an EMT I am ASHAMED that they would hire someone like this. I called to make a complaint and immediately was hung up on. Do NOT use this company!
