  Just left with the Executive Wash and didn’t even have my dashboard or gear shift area cleaned out. I want to like this place, but I can do a way better job on my own. It’s a shame because it’s in such a convenient location. Tried to call and only got a busy signal.

  Terrible service, the worst ever. THERE FOR TWO HOURS. Having to go back. They have all the tools to do a great job - quality washing gloves, leather shammy, shaded areas to dry, and more. They lack the ability to train their staff members to do a good job.

  Paid $60 to have my car washed and all 4 of my all weather floor mats were stolen! Was treated poorly by the staff when seeking a resolution -- told 3 different stories by 3 different employees (GM, Assistant GM, Reception) on how to proceed with resolving the issue. The receptionist was rude and hung up on me when I asked to get confirmation in writing before repurchasing my mats for $300 so they could reimburse me.

  Staff was friendly but the car wash was terrible and overpriced for the service I received. I paid for an exterior wash and interior detail and when I got back to my car, it seemed relatively clean but there was still a parking sticker (from the meters downtown) on the interior of the windshield that I then asked them to scrape off and they did so begrudgingly. During my drive home I realized there was still dirt/dust on the center console and gunk in the cup-holder as well as on the door control panel, which had not been there before I took my car in. When I got home I realized there was also still a ton of dirt on the back bumper and under the back door handles (that couldn't have accumulated on my 10 min drive up Lamar) so it doesn't even seem like they washed the back half of the car. There definitely isn't attention to detail and I will not be using this establishment again nor recommending it to anyone.
