  On multiple occasions have had really unpleasant interactions with the pharmacy staff. Like they resent you are there or just rude

  This pharmacy has abysmal service. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. If you want to get your prescriptions filled, especially if they are time-sensitive and critical to your health, go anywhere other than here. After contacting them 3 separate times (one of the times I was on hold for 25+ minutes) within 7 hours to fill a time-sensitive asthma inhaler prescription, they refused to fill the prescription. The pharmacy never once followed up with me to let me know that they needed more information in order to fill the information despite the fact that I had called them multiple times and it was clearly a time-sensitive situation. When I came in, expecting my prescription to be ready, they just shrugged it off and said they could not fill it. I was clearly distressed and asked a few follow up questions - they were not willing to work with me and offer any potential alternatives. Luckily, I was able to find a much better pharmacy that was willing to ask questions and problem solve with me, saving me a very expensive and unnecessary trip to the emergency room. I guess Bartell Drugs doesn't care if their customers can breathe. Try harder to take care of your customers next time, Bartell. Or else stop calling yourself a pharmacy.

  I really like Bartells but they're always out of my medication. I take some really common stuff too.

  I happened to visit Bartell Drugs Broadway store to take photo specific to Canada visa. The photo specification was non standard and that is when Michael (store manager) offered to help. He went all the way to work on the specification and helped us in getting the pictures. Michael is a perfectionist and without him, this would not have been possible. Thank you Michael. Appreciate your help.

  Well stocked pharmacy with easy parking - if you are entering through E Pike St , go up the stairs from QFC entrance. Only 1 counter was open on a Monday afternoon, given there was only about 7 customers in the store. Clean & well maintained store!
