  We worked with Barry to finance our house and then to refinance it when the we got a better rate. Barry is an FHA (203K) loan expert and he worked with us for a whole year as we made offer after offer. Each offer required hours of effort which he put in without complaint and with a lovely manner. What I liked best about him was that he was looking out for us. He would let us know that even though we might have our heart set on a place and the numbers might work, we would be too financially stretched. This is what every banker or advisor should have done before they gave Banking a bad name. He has mobilized his team to meet unreasonable deadlines that were my fault, without once complaining. I have recommended him to every one of my friends. He is a fantastic mortgage banker and a fantastic human being.
