  We were staying at The Palazzo and decided to check out Barney's. I was looking for some shoes, but did not find the exact ones I was looking for and my wife was looking for some cosmetics. She found the moisturizer she was looking for and it was not overly expensive. It was not cheap but the price was much better than I expected. Jennifer, in the cosmetics department was super. She was so friendly and helpful and gave us a number of great samples as well. I would shop here again.

  Absolute worst customer service ever!! I walked through the store multiple times, a waiting a greeting or any sort of acknowledgment. Not one of the 3 sales associates ever looked up. The last one, closest to the main entrance, was busy looking at her phone the whole time. I made a grand and loud exit, and she never flinched!! SHAME ON YOU LADIES!!

  I visited 2 weeks ago and was told I could exchange my Byredo perfume no questions asked by two beauties. I tested two perfumes to see which one my husband would prefer. I decided to bring him back today and my experience left a bad taste in my mouth. It was a gift to begin with. I get it, but Gina's approach was unacceptable. Who else carries Byredo??? Las Vegas? So disappointed to feel like suspect of some missing merchandise. I had given her the film name of my friend who had given me the gift. So disappointed and so upset! It felt like an interrogation from the start go. Retail is hurting so much already that you would think it can't afford to be making customers feels uneasy about an easy exchange. (Package was unopened). Anyways not going back!

  They should get a zero rating, I have been contacting barneys Las Vegas back and forth today. I waited for a manager to call me today after I called this morning because my debit card got a fraud alert and the transaction wouldnt go through last night. I told them to hold the Louboutin size 7 louloudancing shoes while I call my bank and sort it out. They manager said he will hold it. I called them back shortly after I talked to my bank (chase) and the lady told me they will call me back because they were busy. I waited all day for them to Call me and no one ever did. They've been telling my all day they were "busy" after I gave them my card info, etc. I called at closing and the guy said the shoes aren't there anymore. Are you kidding me? This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of my entire life. Please do something about this.
