::Books are well stocked and I give them credit for that. Nonetheless, I don’t like being followed around or racially profiled in the store by their employees and it’s turned me off from ever wanting to go back.

::Always good service and friendly staff. The only down side is the Starbucks is not a Corp store so you can't use your card or get stars. But still the same great drinks.

::Great deals and sales. Membership card very beneficial and if they don't have something in stock they will find it for you, even the older more hard to find books.

::No sure how they are still in business. Glad they are as they have a great magazine collection. They sell books of course, and conveniently have a Starbucks attacked. I got a free cookie with my purchase.
