  Very clean and organized. Everything is accessible. Great size. Guest Services was amazing. Very relaxing. Lots of events and offers. Very friendly environment.

  Great book store. Contains an amazing range of books and book related memorabilia. Amazing magazine section. Cafe on 2nd floor. Staff are polite and knowledgeable. Fully recommend

  They used to provide places to sit. Now it is hard to find any chairs to sit down and read. 以前有很多座位，但現在大都藏起來了，找不到地方可以舒服地讀書。很多人只好坐地上。
