Loads of selection in books. Friendly staff. Easy access to restrooms. Their own Starbucks eating area. Will always take time to make sure you get the books you want or need, even special orders. JKM.

This is a REAL bookstore. I love it and will continue to shop for books here. I am so exciting that a REAL bookstore still exist and it's a very important part of my life!!!

Great store.. Barnes & Noble is certainly one of the best. The environment is warm and comfortable, and if you get into the zone, you can lose track of time. It was a good environment with friendly staffs, and aside from the holiday season, it is very calm N relaxing.Lots of categories of books are available from politics to children’s. They got Starbucks which is great add on to this library compared others. They also have lots of toys for children to choose from.Overall this is a great library. Highly recommend it.

The staff members are nice and friendly, and so is their security guard. The book store is organized. And the place is so calm and quiet. They even have a Starbucks. There’s sooo much to choose from. Most of the time I just go to roam around and spend time.

Great asset for downtown Philly! Three floors with lots of selection. My only issue is the homeless taking up the limited seating. I encourage people to take advantage of books and would gladly buy them a book if they are interested in something, but many of them just sleep in the seating area. A couple I've seen have had some mental issues, too.
