  One of the best places for martial arts in this area. Kids have opportunity to learn self defense, self discipline, but also it helps to grow their self esteem. Leadership is very professional with many years of experience.

  My family has been training at Barley’s for a couple of years now and we love it! We started because we wanted to help our son “come out of his shell” a bit and build confidence. Now my daughter and I train there as well. They focus on helping students be the best they can be mind and body, highly recommended.
