  Made the trip to Washington with this store in mind. Incredibly limited selection - literally a dozen kinds of jackets in a store that is supposed to be legendary for it's outerwear. Very disappointing.

  Fantastic coats and even better customer service. Their returns and jacket upkeep policies make buying in store rather than online a much better long term deal.

  I returned a vest, by mail, that my husband was given for Christmas and was having no satisfaction in getting a replacement in another size. Little effort was being made by the manager or staff. And then...... Daniel came on the scene and with diligence, a great amount of effort and using every resource at hand, he was able to produce the vest; an item that everyone else said did not exist anywhere on the planet. He is my hero and this is the reason that the Barbour store in Georgetown truly represents the high quality of what I've come to know and appreciate in the Barbour name and product. Customer service at its finest!

  Initial visit was not good, they more than made up for it and take their service seriously. Subsequent two visits awesome! Strongly recommend the sales associates Aboss.
