This relative newcomer to the downtown Stamford scene is a welcome addition! The first thought we had was the place looks great, but what about the food? Once we received our appetizers, Nona’s Meatballs, Crispy Calamari, we instantly knew we’d be back for more. Their version of Arancini was different than our Nonna’s recipe, but I applaud creativity too! The meatballs are a wonderful delivery of flavor and deliciousness! Such a great appetizer we will have to enjoy them again! The Crispy Calamari with Spicy Marinara was super tasty, crispy and yes, the marinara sauce was a tad spicy, but a great pairing with the calamari. The Baby Beet Salad with Goat Cheese & Figs and Balsamic Reduction was so well prepared and presented, it is an instant favorite! The Cavatelli with Broccoli Rabe & Sausage was super good comfort food too! We can’t wait to return to delve into their menu and we’ll be checking out their craft cocktails too!

Good service overall but poor meal quality. We ordered a Sangria and the wine they used had gone bad (they actually admitted it). The main courses we ordered barely had any taste. Good atmosphere but I wouldn't go again since the prices are not justified. The manager comped one of our meals and replaced the sangria.

Ridiculously good brunch in a classic Tuscan-inspired atmosphere. Each item on their large brunch menu is appealing, and clearly thought out with brunch in mind, rather than just sticking a couple egg dishes alongside a typical lunch menu of burgers and salads. The loaded Bloody Mary cocktail was spicy and packed with fun garnishes, and the candied lime-chili bacon was addictive. Really liked my carb-friendly cauliflower with fried eggs and wild mushrooms but the runaway hit was the chicken and waffles, with an addictive maple-bourbon gravy that was just too good. Portions are unusually generous. The only thing I might change is the music selection which was loud and a bit club oriented.
