  Thanks to Steve and Casey, I was in and out of there pain free and am avoiding surgery! They gave me all the right moves to strengthen my arm and shoulder. My range of motion has increased drastically due to their instruction. They have a variety of equipment and stretching exercises for all sorts of clients. They were professional and friendly throughout the process. The home plan will continue to help keep me on track. The receptionist was friendly, made the billing easy to understand and ensured my appointments were convenient for me.
