  Banner Bank, specifically, Michael and Sarah who work at the downtown Seattle office are great. I have 4 accounts with them and every time I've had to call with questions regarding a routing number or account number, they get back to me right away. Also, I really like Banner Bank because I can use my debit card at ANY ATM, and they will re-imburse the fees associated with the withdraw. It's so convenient to be able to get cash anywhere and not be dinged the $2.50 or $3 that all other banks charge....I love that feature.
