  Google maps doesn't show the office hours so there's no way to know if the lobby will be open - not helpful! Especially because the bank has changed (shortened) their hours so they're not what you'd expect. And the only way to know that is to drive there . . . and then discover you've wasted your time.

  I went to open a account at another bank that my wife and daughter bank at but was turned away and told to come back tomorrow and wait.so as I walked away I thought there's more than 1 bank and it was in the same area I walked right in treated with respect and opened my account i had banked with bank of the west years ago but had to close my account for other reasons nothing they did,but glad to be back. the jerk at the other bank judged me by my long hair I get that a lot I'm a old Rocker ain't cutting it for anyone so I'm just gonna stay with bank of the west. from a person treated with respect that doesn't cost anything.

  ATM is always down/not working. Need to extend their hours like most other banks.

  Great branch has the feel of a neighborhood bank.
