  A bank with least personal relationship with its customers. Disorganized (returned checks are forgotten to be reported). Physically filthy, a barfed on ATM machine hasn’t been cleaned for the passed eight days. Destructive attitude towards them selves ie, Loosing long term good mortgage customers by over scrutinizing refinancing files.
