::Was a higher rating until just recently. They issued the new chip cards and I used it for the first time to pick up $5 of stuff from Baker's and went to the check out as normal. Well apparently using the new chip card seems to turn the checkout method into an ATM terminal. Was charged $7.50 for a balance inquiry, cash withdrawal, and transfer. None of these three transactions occurred when paying for my items. When I contacted customer service I was pretty much told I was S.O.L. Find a bank that doesn't utilize these new chip cards yet or you'll be paying $30 more a month if you shop for groceries once a week.
