::Not happy with the reception and service I received at this branch. I went to this bank to open a new wealth management account and I was treated with a cold shoulder as I stepped in Meri’s office, who is the relationship banker. She told me she does not open new accounts. She was busy on her cell phone and unhappy with the interruption. As a new wealth management customer, I expected more. Instead of spending her time on her cell phone she could have greeted me with a smile and taken care of my banking needs. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, however a week later I was back at the same branch and Meri could have helped me, when she was asked by one of her tellers, instead she looked out to see who it was and as soon as she saw me, she told Diana (who has excellent customer relations and is very knowledgeable and helpful) to make an appointment and asked me to come back. Bank of America, next door, provided red carpet treatment even as I withdrew the money. If Meri judges people on what they are wearing she is truly in the wrong position. Bank of West can do better. PS I made a deposit of at least three times her salary that day and just a smile would have made my day!

::Tellers are nice, Andy is OK, Meri is rude. We just opened a wealth management account n instead of welcoming us, she made us feel like we inconvenienced her.

::This is the main bank I have my checking account with and I have nothing but great experiences with them they're always friendly and courteous and they answer all my questions in a timely fashion plus they have no monthly service fees as long as you deposit something once a month check them out for sure!

::Not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from.  I’ve had nothing but delightful experiences here—or rather, as delightful as a banking experience can be. Anush is wonderful and has a great attitude, I recommend her highly.
