  I had a really bad customer service experience, the bank Manager Mrs. Green was raising her voice to us for no reason and was basicly kicking us out of the bank, I almost felt discriminated against. My matter was not resolved after many attempts and a month of waiting haven't got a call back with a resolve. I am thinking of going to the FDIC if I don't hear anything back soon. Stay away from here they have really fallen off, have been a client for 10 years and will change soon as possible.

  Horrible. Due to another employees mistakes the whole customer has to pay. What kind of bank literally says "I can't give you your own bank account info", even when you have your own info to confirm YOUR identity. I've never heard of a bank doing that. Account closed.

  Bank of Texas in general is amazing. They will call if they see something suspicious pop up before they let it come through. Thank you so much!
