  Bad experience, the bank manager was more concerned with flirting with female bank tellers.

  We are Latinos, and in this branch the staff is racist. My husband went to this branch to change a check in his name. And the lady who took care of him, who did not want to change the check claiming he did not have funds. Then we went to another branch and we had no problems

  I was in a time crunch to get a money order, and the cashier got me in and out in less than five minutes. She seemed pretty friendly to me.

  Worst customer service ever! Employees are rude. Even over the phone!

  I have 3 bank accounts and this bank is by far the worse. I deposited a check with them and it has cleared through the other bank but they won't make the funds available for 14 days. the customer service is terrible. i get a different answer from everyone i Talk to. this bank is by far the worse bank I've ever dealt with.
