  No courteous service. Opened an NRE account with this branch. Having an issue with the account and no help at all. Called several times and sent several email with all the account information but got reply only once from Sunita U. of this branch in the beginning. I was told they are working on it. But it is now almost two months and no reply or no help afterwards. It looks like I lost all the money deposited with BOI.

  very poor service ,this bank to be close. they are spoiling india"s name even phone number is also wrong.
