  I scheduled an appointment to open new business account . I am a medical doctor. The banker(Amanda) asked me tons of questions about my practice and type of patients that I see. After 2 hours waiting and answering non scene questions I have been told , your application needs approval because you do pain management which is high risk!!!!!!!!!!! They were going to call me for approval which never happened. I am just wondering how my medical practice as a doctor is bank 's concern. But you know, that is why small business like you stays small, because of small brain people.

  My experience with Bank of Arizona has always been positive. I like the small bank feel and the fact that they want to know their customers as people not as a number. Keep up the good work.
