::Went in to get passport and ID notarized. Went in at the appointment time and the person (manager I think) we spoke to said they do offer notary services but not of photocopies (which was what we had). They said it’s not listed on the website but their local policy. Not sure if BofA has such a policy or it’s incompetence of this branch.

::Today I went in to wire some funds to another business. Little do I know that I would need to have an appointment for that. Luckily for me, Martha and her manager stepped up to help me out so that I can complete my task. Kudos to the helpful staff of Bank of America at Factoria!

::I am furious with Bank of American. I have over $4000 that has been in a CD for years. I went to the B of A in Factoria Washington and they refused to give me my money. They told me my account was dormant. I explained that I needed my month because I was going out of state due to the terminal illness of a relative. The two young men just stared blankly and later rolled their eyes. I am an older woman. apparently that gives them the right to be condescending, unconcerned, and uncaring. They NEVER give me my money. I signed some paperwork and was told they would call me the next day. THEY NEVER CALLED. I have called their branch six times during different business hours and they NEVER answered. I feel belittled, taken advantage of, and they still have my money which I need for my trip. Do NOT do business with Bank of America. Their staff treats older women like s**t. These young men do NOT care about the customer. I am furious.

::Quick and easy bank visit. There was no wait, and the teller was able to quickly and professionally help me. Seeing the low rating of this branch, I think that can be attributed mostly to the rude customers. A customer behind me interrupted the transaction next to me saying that she was asking too many questions, and that she was holding up the line! The other teller handled that situation professionally......I can't believe that some people don't have five minutes worth of patience.
