  This place is terrible. I've spent so much time there trying to get my accounts sorted but they never got my accounts sorted. They apologize and tell you everything is going to be worked out but they never help you with your banking issues. I was better off calling the 800 number.

  I only use the ATM, but this place has terrible parking; there is always a line for a space, and the bank needs a parking attendant. Effing ridiculous!!!

  I think the management in this place changed, compared with my previous meetings this one was the best, the service they provided was 10000% excellent, I would like to thank Sinthia for her work, she was extremely kind and helpful with everything from A to Z, I definetely will choose Bank of America again and recommend this branch thanks to her.

  Rude and abrasive customer service. Business makes large deposits with this branch regularly but ends after this last visit. There is a way to speak to your clients, and I will drive the extra miles just to avoid this branch due to the lack of respect they show customers. Based off reading the other reviews, I am not alone. Corporate wake up.

  Thank you Tiffany for being nasty and lazy she came off racist it’s a shame when you a woman of color doesn’t look good she literally finished with a client looked me dead in the face walked off as soon a I got to the other cashier she called up the next person but guess what looks are deceiving am actually very educated and well mannered make six figures a year you could learn how to be respectful it will get you far in life and what’s with the parking lot guy it’s a good idea but not with the screaming and can’t manage people with proper etiquette I will definitely be closing my accounts and bank at another location horrible customer service
