  The worst costumer service .never have money and will use ant excuses not to give you your money. I have appointment @ 10am and bank was closed , I'm waiting outside and they open but don't say a word to come in or something , now I walked in and still waiting, I'm about to leave and never come back to these location

  I have safebox with this location, but since 2019 this location has been close until to now, I try to contact bank to get in bank ,very very difficult get in .I pay the money. But didn’t get any service. I very disappointed bank of American. I will cancel my account with this bank . By the way they close all locations at bolingbrook.

  My husband was sending my half of our tax returns $900 dollars to me in zell In the BOA App. He clicked my name & pushed send....it unfortunately had my old phone number. When we called back of America we were on the phone with them for 1hr transferred 4 times. When I spoke to a manager russle they pretty much said nothing we can do your out 900....why in the world would I keep my money with a company that has no safety of MY money! I will be transferring to chase.

  Horrible customer service. The banking manager, Jakal Dalal, repeatedly spoke over me until I asked him if I could talk, and even then he barely listened to what I was trying to say. He, along with most of the tellers, are rude and discourteous. Go to Chase across the street from the Promenade, they are far easier to work with and more willing to address concerns with policies.

  This is a great Bank of America branch. They have a lot of services available you would not expect in a smallish branch office. Waits for the drive-through ATMs are usually short or non-existent, and there's lots of parking. It is also a very safe and visible location.
