I went on lunch to pull out money real quick and Rebecca was sitting in the back and told me I had to wait for the 1 banker in the store. After waiting 10 minutes the 1 banker told me Rebecca could have helped me the whole time. Rebecca had terrible customer service in an empty bank…

Aweful experience. I was unlucky enough to get the same incompetent teller as the irate customer that had just stormed stormed out. She was not capable of finding my account with my DL. After asking for the Manager she told me she was in charge. No wonder this Branch ( Hidden Valley Pkwy) has so many 1 star reviews. This sorry excuse of a Teller/Boss should not work with the Public. Please Bank of America hire friendy tellers with people skills because the one I had to deal with today makes me want to change Banks. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

Worse customer service of them all. I kept myself from posting a negative review hoping the next time I walked in it would be different. It's not . 5 bank tellers behind the counter, 7 people in line and only one teller actually helping clients. Girls are rude and show no signs of actually wanting to help with a service, instead they fail at an attempt shove a product down your throat after you politely declined the offer.

Never had trouble untill I came to this bank. I stopped here because it was in my route but never again will I visit it. Peter was the teller who helped me. I tried to explain but didnt seem to care. So I just decided to visit my usual BofA in Norco. Great service there.

There is only one or two people helping at the teller Windows. They are nice and very polite althou if I have to go INTO a bank for only teller reasons I would like to spend less than 45 minutes. The lines are long and it takes forever to get to speak to a teller because sometimes even with 10-15 people waiting they only have one person's servicing one client at a time. You do see other walking around but know one ever comes to help and take another window. I understand it could be their protocol..... but when you have that many customers someone should be able to help.
