::Employees are friendly there just aren't enough of them. Long wait in teller line before I was allowed to access my safety deposit box. Always slow service. Follow up 5 months later. It took one hour for me to cash a $30 check and to get in to my safety deposit box. Which I cleaned out and am closing.

::I came to this Facility to get a temporary card while I wait for my new card to come. I was greeted and checked in. I told the greeter what I was there for and when I ordered my card...waited 20 minutes. Meet with someone and she told me she could not give me a card because I could only get one 3 days after I ordered the card. When i called customer service they said this was not true and I could get one at anytime. 1. Why did the first person waste my time and make me wait 2. If customer service has never heard of this rule why is anyone employed by them giving this information.

::For starters when you call there no one ever picks up the phone. Additionally they are always too busy to talk to you if you are there in person. My biggest issue is them refusing to cash check I have written. This refusal is based on a signature card they had on on file ( I had no idea). Frustrating to me and contractors I have written checks too. They can call or text and don’t... easier to just refuse service? They refuse to acknowledge the complaint or inconvenience by justifying their actions as protecting me. My contractor took the check to another branch and they cashed it no problem. It is a local branch issue. I think it may just be time to take my banking elsewhere.

::The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Understaffed, unfriendly and rude Manager. They are so unfamiliar with their own processes. They should close this location as I am confident many clients are switching and moving to other banks because of their poor service.
