  first impression was immediately dissmissive. A half listening attendant did not let me finish my sentence before ushering me to an ATM and treated me like I could not read simple instructions. This in no way was my objective. Judgmental, fake gaggle of workers doing nothing crowding the center room as I left. only two people working, clerk and security guard

  I was hesitant to come to this location because of the bad reviews. But I had a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped into the establishment. Eden Alvarez was very helpful! Will come again if needed to this branch.

  This is the location i sign up with boa This location is good and open on saturday but the employees aren't I had a check that I deposited through the mobile app. Somehow wasn't able to read. So my check got deny and received an email. Call boa cs told me i can take to atm machine or go to a banking center. So i went and received horrible service from the 2 employees telling me my check expired a few days ago they refused to process the check. Told me i had to get a new one. One of them looked at wells fargo logo told me i had to take it there. Overall i deposited my check on my own waiting for it process hopefully i won't have to get a new check. But the tellers weren't on the same page with me

  Worst branch I have ever been to. Rude tellers. Useless managers. Had to go today because I was rushed and it was the closest to me. One teller, 15 people in line. Two managers chit chatting in an office on the side. Finally one comes over and asks every person in line what they are there for and offers the atm outside as if we are all blind and didn’t realize it was there and would prefer to wait in line for 30 min. Then he goes back to chit chat and doesn’t help the lone teller. This branch needs to have a complete overhaul of personell. In a prime location and absolutely horrible. All reviews are horrible. With so many banks in Charlotte, BOA needs to pay attention to reviews.
