::Dina Levit is a great professional! And she also speaks Russian what is a nice plus. Thank you!

::If I could give this bank no stars, I would do that. I stood in line for 25 minutes to deposit a check with one teller at the window, 6 people in line and ultimately had to leave. This is the second time this has occurred and had to leave. Terrible customer service! Will not be visiting this branch anymore.

::At the mercy of one teller who takes her time chitchatting with every customer. since she is the only one working the window, it’s obvious she knows everyone. I would rather go for a root canal before I visit this branch. Sadly I have no choice since my safety deposit box is in this location.

::If you enjoy waiting and waiting in line because this branch manager and their managers always keep this branch short staffed ...so if you have time to waste for making a simple transaction this is your branch. And then your reply of "just try the ATM drive thru" as your answer and solution to the problem of lines of people waiting shows you are not the person who cares to solve this as that is not the solution to improve your poor service and making people wait for their transactions, that if could be done would have been done this way. And how do you "appreciate" me coming in...if you did and do...you would not continue to make people wait in line...because your manager(s) have chosen to not solve this problem of poor customer service due to lack of providing the needed staffing....

::This place should be called “Worst Bank in America” I went into this bank to cash a check that was written by one of their members and was told there would be an $8.00 fee, so much for your grandma writing you a check for $20 bucks from Bank of America, they are going to take almost half of that. The check I had was significantly larger, $5,700. Well I’m completely out of luck at that point, because BOA won’t cash a check over $4,000 unless you have an account with them. I used this bank back in the early 2000’s when I was a poor college student and I was a victim of their overdraft scam. I paid thousands of fees where they manipulated my transactions to charge me more and more in fees rather than one fee on a single check. I cannot believe our tax dollars bailed out this joke of an organization and they are right back to their old tricks. Pathetic that our government allows a company like this to bank. Trying to get some awareness and sovereignty out there about the banking world. As a country we can manage to set ceilings on interest levels etc, we should be able to control these banking practices to protect the common consumers. Thumbs down BOA.
