  I have BofA accounts, this branch refused to make a photocopy of my passport and apply a notary stamp to certify it. Just so others know not to ask for that.

  This is probably on the top of the worst branch of BoA list in the valley. In addition to the long wait time you have to go through when the branch is not even busy and just the result of inefficient staff, the staff are not professional at all. Go to another branch or simple cross the street to Chase and you will see the difference.

  I'm not discounting the negative experiences other customers may have had at this branch, but my personal experience recently was very positive. I was greeted when I walked in the lobby, and was helped right away. Leslie was knowledgeable and professional, and I got the service I needed in a very reasonable amount of time. Sure, it wasn't a very busy time when I walked in, but the level of service was top notch. This is not a given these days, unfortunately, where you can get poor service even if you're the only customer in the building! So here's my kudos for a job well done.

  This review is for Margarita . She helped me with a wire transfer and was amazing! So nice to be around pleasant people who you can tell enjoy their job! I actually drove a little further because I didn't want to go to my usual location and figured I'd give this place a chance. Glad I did!
