::Worst Bank of America branch. I went there to with draw cash that is more than $2000 and there are no tellers. Yesenia Mahano representative casually asked if I needed help and she stated that both tellers were away and one was at lunch and the other occupied with something in the back. She said it so casual like its fine for a bank to have no tellers available. Is it normal for a Bank of America branch to operate with out any tellers to serve the customer? I was told to wait 20-30 minutes to withdraw my cash amount. There was no care no concern from Yesenia. Someone needs to step in and rectify how this branch is operating as per the other negative reviews below. What a shame of a branch for Bank of America. Will definitely have to move my money else where to be treated as a valued customer and hope some one reads these reviews and takes serious action.

::Worst. Customer Service. Ever! Own a small business in Hauppauge. BOA nickles & dimes you for every little fee - if you own a small business stay clear from these crooks. Customer service is a joke. When you call them they transfer you from department to department to department and no one takes accountability.

::Rather go to Bank of America in Wyndanch. The tellers all are rude, extremely aggressive sooo derogatory towards those who don’t speak and write English well. This bank doesn’t even deserve a star rating. Absolutely horrible. They need new staff where they are there to help people with their Finances.

::Bank of America has the worst customer service/fraud claims department in America. To speak to a human being there is useless and their corporate office does nothing about it. People should stop banking there so they will lose money so they could do better with their customer service. In their eyes the “customer is always wrong.” And to put icing on this nasty cake they wrote a letter on my behalf of words that were untrue. I am going to pay them off and never use their credit card.

::Staff of this bank suck. Their standard is lower than a third rated bank in a third world country....Last week I lost my debit card and went to this branch where I have the account, to withdraw cash. I gave my Id and SSN but the teller was unable to help me then I sought the help of branch manager but he made it too complicated and man I was standing there like thive trying to rob bank. Finally I returned home empty handed. I'm thinking to switch my bank.. any suggestions plz???
