::Very bad customer service for which BOFA known for. I am with them for last 15years. Now is the time go somewhere else I guess. This branch manager with anna is horrible in terms of customer service.

::The manager of this location has put me through the worst humiliation of my life for racism. She yelled at me that she can't accept a check my dad gave me because it was written in Spanish. My check is from a well known banking institution in Puerto Rico. It was a check to deposit into my checking account. I have been a customer of Bank of America for five years. Banks in Puerto Rico are subject to the same federal laws as in the United States and we use the same currency, which is the dollar. This manager didn't even try to inquire about the check. She just said no because she didn't understand what was written there. I contacted the central offices of Bank of America and they told me that they do accept checks written in Spanish.

::This branch at why b of a at 1001 St Charles pl 1001 cary nc ihas been closed Monday(for teen day?!) and tuday Tuseday, no logical or clear reason or when is going reopen. My wife had important transaction that only could be followed in this branch, now up on the air. FYI: to respond B of A comment we did go to different branch at High house road in Cary but they could not help and asked that we go back to branch where her account is (the one that is closed).

::Awesome service. Management was super nice but I really want to press that Anna was AMAZING! I’d give 10 stars if I could. She was very nice, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel important by remembering little details from our previous visit. My husband and I felt like family there just from Anna and her manager remembering who we were by only us going in twice!! I’m telling you, the way Anna treated us, that lady needs a raise!! We loved her.

My elderly mom has needed a lot of financial help in the past year, and the team here has always gone above and beyond to help her feel comfortable and confident in her banking needs, and is always greeted like family.
